Our Conference Registration/Ticket includes:

Best Price Conference Package (available until May 17th)
We are thrilled to announce a special conference package created just for our AIN members! Until May 17th, you can secure both your 2026 Global Conference registration and your hotel stay for the combined price of $1100 (€950). We're staying at the gorgeous 4-star Hotel Ambasciatori in Rimini.
This is the lowest price we have ever offered for a full registration and housing bundle. Because this is such a significant discount, we have only a limited number of these packages available. Early Bird Conference Package (available May 18th - July 12th)
This pricing tier will go into effect on May 18th and be available until July 12th. There are 3 different choices within this tier. Please read about the choices below.
- Red Star / Shared Room Package:
- Includes 2 Conference Tickets and a 4 night shared stay at our conference hotel.
- Enjoy 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 3 dinners (per attendee) featuring the very best of Rimini's local cuisine.
- Solo Room Package ($1,300 Member OR $1,500 Non-Member):
- Includes 1 Conference Ticket and a 4 night hotel stay in a private room.
- Enjoy 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 3 dinners (per attendee) featuring the very best of Rimini's local cuisine.
Regular Conference Rate (available July 13th - October 4th)
This pricing tier will go into effect on July 13th and be available until October 4th. Within this pricing tier, you are able to register for a single Conference Ticket. If available, you have the option to add hotel nights at our on-site venue/hotel.
The Regular Conference Rate includes 6 conference meals (3 lunches and 3 dinners).
Late Conference Rate (available October 5th - 22nd)
This pricing tier will go into effect on October 5th and be available until October 22nd. Within this pricing tier, you are able to register for a single Conference Ticket. If available, you have the option to add hotel nights at our on-site venue/hotel.
The Late Conference Rate includes 6 conference meals (3 lunches and 3 dinners).
Guest Pass (available until October 22nd)
For conference attendees who want to bring a guest with them to meals and performances, we have a ticket available for you! Guests can be your partner, your sibling, a friend, whoever you'd like to join you for our conference meals and conference performances. Guests cannot attend workshops or AIN Talks, if your guest would like to attend those, please register them as an attendee.
Guest Passes are $400 USD each. This price is available until October 22nd.

The Applied Improvisation Network (AIN) is committed to increasing the accessibility of this conference to people from underserved and under-represented communities by providing award scholarships to as many deserving people as possible who live, work, or attend school near the host city of Rimini surrounding counties.

Diversity often references our differences based on things such as race, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, nationality, religion, socioeconomic status, and education.
