What are AIN Local/Regional Groups?

An AIN Local/Regional Group is a community of Applied Improvisation Network (AIN) members who come together based on shared geographic location—such as a city, region, state, or country—to collaborate, connect, and promote the practice of applied improvisation in their area.

Any AIN Member or AIN Professional Member may join any group, even if they do not live within the region of the group.

Who can join AIN Local/Regional Groups?

We kindly ask that those who are interested in joining AIN Local/Regional Groups join our membership and be an official AIN Member or AIN Professional Member.

Any AIN Members or AIN Professional Members are welcome to any group, regardless of location. If you are interested in joining a group that is out of your area, you may contact the leader or point of contact and ask to join/participate in events.

How can I join a group?

Contact the leader or point of contact for the group you are interested in. The groups communicate via email, Facebook Groups, and/or our AIN platform, CommUnity.

We are building our hub for Local/Regional Groups on our CommUnity. Click here to view the list of Local/Regional groups.

Leaders, if you have not already, please create an official CommUnity Group for your Local/Regional Group.

Who can host AIN Local/Regional Group events?

We kindly ask that the hosts/leaders of our AIN Local/Regional Groups are AIN Professional Members.
