Keynote Speaker: Lucia Berdini

Play Coach, trainer, speaker, and facilitator, she transforms people, groups, and organizations through the serious power of play.

Founder of Playfactory, World Laughter Ambassador, Gibberish & Nonsense Coach, and TEDx Speaker, she works with companies, schools, and communities to awaken joy, creativity, and cooperation.

A hunter of cognitive biases and systems thinking enthusiast, she guides individuals and organizations in discovering play not just as an activity, but as a lens for life and a gentle act of subversion.

Her TEDx talk "Playing is serious business" has brought her message to audiences worldwide.

Keynote Speaker: Daniele Cassioli

Blind since birth, 28-time world water ski champion, and holder of over 100 gold medals, he turned an extraordinary athletic career into a platform for human development.

A certified life coach and professional trainer, he works with organizations like EY, Barilla, Vodafone, Bosch, and Allianz, helping teams transform obstacles into opportunities.

In 2019, he founded Real Eyes Sport, a nonprofit introducing children with visual impairments to physical activity.
Author of two books on resilience and emotional intelligence, he brings a rare blend of elite performance, disability experience, and coaching expertise to every stage.
