The Opportunity
Help bring AIN's online Open Space gatherings to life for practitioners across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
What You'll Do
Help host or facilitate sessions, welcome people, support the technology or music, coordinate with the team and contribute ideas to keep the programme fresh.
What You'll Bring
Curiosity about Open Space and applied improvisation. Reliability and a collaborative spirit. Facilitation or technical experience is welcome, but there's room for developing these along the way.
What You'll Gain

Your Commitment and Connection
Around 2.5 hours a week · Remote · 6 months or more.
You'll work with the relevant Open Space Team Lead and AIN Programs Committee.
