The 2024 Applied Improvisation Network Global Conference was held in Prague, Czech Republic, from July 18th to July 21st, 2024. This event featured several days of collaborative sessions, workshops, and pre-conference sessions called Learning Journeys.
Conference Theme: Tune the Future
Applied improvisation helps to develop skills needed for a world that is rapidly changing and is very unpredictable. Improvisation teaches us skills such as adaptability, cooperation, emotional intelligence, creative problem-solving, flexibility, risk-taking, and effective communication.
With the techniques of applied improvisation, we can help prepare teams and individuals for adapting to the unknown.
On the other hand, the world of learning and development is changing a lot too. We mastered the online workshops and how about artificial intelligence? How will the future companies, jobs, careers look? How is the world of training and development changing? Is technology against us or can it work with/for us?

Learning Journeys are workshops that take place before the main conference. They offer in-depth topics with experienced facilitators and often have a direct connection with the conference city or region.
